Their treatment depends on the agreed order, work completed and committed costs; do not assume a change is accepted until it is confirmed.

11. Sampling, delivery and after-sales requests

For custom work, review and approve the relevant sample and specification before production. Confirm inspection, packing, destination and logistics arrangements in the order discussion. Delivery estimates and any shipping responsibilities are set for the actual order. Report incorrect goods, quality concerns or damage with the order reference and clear supporting details. The team will review the issue against the agreed specification and discuss an appropriate written resolution, which may include replacement, repair, credit or refund where appropriate. Custom status does not remove rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
